Operating Systems minimum requirements
We recommend that OS be up to date with the latest public version (Windows, MacOS, iOS, Android).
Older OS versions might work but are not guaranteed to do so.
A pre-requisite to the use of the VTO Advanced Live mode is the support of the getUserMedia functionality by the browser (required to capture the camera feed).

(1) Since new versions are monthly released for all browsers, and most of their users are kept updated, we don't recommend any specific browser version to ensure the proper functioning of the Virtual Try-On Advanced. We do, however, test and validate every new version of the listed browsers.
(2) Supported iOS versions include last two majors and last minor of third to last major (as of Jan. 2025: iOS 18, iOS 17 and iOS 16.7).
