Perform a connexion speed test

Run a speed test on a 3rd party website (e.g. Ookla)

Make a note of the results (download speed, upload speed, latency) and include them if necessary in your communication with the support team.

Specify where on your site you are experiencing loading problems

Identify which pages of the site are experiencing slow performance.
Note that if the slowness is caused by the VTO, then it should only be observed on pages where the VTO is offered (product page), or when the VTO is launched. -
Make a note of the urls/steps of the VTO process and include them in your message to the Support team.

Check network configuration

Make sure your network has no restrictions or limitations that could affect loading times, such as a VPN or a company firewall

Test on various browsers and devices

Check whether the problem persists on different browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.), devices (computer, tablet, smartphone), and OS (iOS, Android).
Make a note of the results and include it in your communication to the Support team:
Browsers affected (Safari, Chrome), Browser version, OS (iOS, Android), OS version, etc.

Disable browser extensions that may interfere with performances/Try loading the page in private/incognito browsing mode to see if loading times improves.

Check the console when loading an affected page

Check the console for any errors or anomalies that could affect loading times

Include all relevant information in your communication to the Support team.
