FITTINGBOX reserves the right to refuse any request and/or to revoke, at any time, any authorization previously granted, at its sole discretion and without any obligation to provide reasons.

• Users’ image: when you use FittingBox Solutions, as implemented on this Website, FITTINGBOX may operate a detection, a scan and/or a reconstruction and/or a change in the appearance of your face. FITTINGBOX virtual try-on technology relies on an estimation of a standard 3D facial model (i.e. mathematic points common to all faces), in order to position a 3D frame on a face in real time. This process constitutes face detection and does not involve the collection or processing of biometric information or biometric identifier. Your image is processed anonymously and transciently, solely for the duration and the purpose of the virtual try-on experience. FITTINGBOX does not host, store, retain or disclose your image, nor any personal data or biometric information in connection with your image. FITTINGBOX is not capable of identifying you, either directly or indirectly, through its Solutions implemented on this Website. No 3D facila reconstruction, facial geometry, facial mapping or similar collection or processing is performed when the face of an end user is detected by Fittingbox's Solutions. Please note also that face detection is not equivalent to facial geometry; a face detection technology is not capable per se of identifying you, either directly or indirectly. No personal data or information is matched, reconciled or combined with the data processed anonymously for the purpose of providing the FittingBox Solutions. No additional or subsequent processing of your image is performed by FITTINGBOX. Your image is not linked, matched or reconciled with any personal data or PII. FITTINGBOX will not sell, distribute, lease or otherwise disclose or store your image. If you choose to save a screenshot of virtual try-on experience, such screenshot will be stored solely on your own device or browser. FITTINGBOX does not have access to, nor control over, any screenshots you create. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for any data stored on your device or browser.
  Our technology is not designed for profiling or categorization purposes: it does not assign you to one or more specific category based on your biometric data of physical characteristics (such as your age, hair color, eye color, tattoos, behavioral or personality traits), nor can it be used to deduce or infer sensitive attributes, including your age, ethnicity, political opinions, trade unions membership, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life or sexual orientation, emotions or intentions.

  The FittingBox’s solutions implemented on this Website do not rely on automated decision-making within the meaning of applicable data protection laws.

  
  However, in the unlikely event that FITTINGBOX were to come into possession of personal data and/or biometric information/identifiers in connection with this process, it would permanently delete and destroy such data and/or information once the initial purpose its collection has been fulfilled or within 30 days of your last interaction with the FittingBox Solutions, whichever occurs first.

If you are not comfortable - or not comfortable anymore - with the use of the FittingBox Solutions accessible on this Website, please do not use such FittingBox Solutions.
  By using the FittingBox Solutions, you hereby release FITTINGBOX from any liability whatsoever under applicable data protection laws and regulations, including, as applicable, GDPR, CCPA, BIPA and CUBI, and any similar laws, as applicable, and as amended.
