We give the floor to Thibaut Prados, Project Manager Innovation.

About Thibaut

Thibaut joined Fittingbox 4 years ago as Project Innovation Manager. He is the driving force behind the definition and management of our R&D projects.

Thibaut joined the Innovation department in 2021. The managers in this department supervise the projects, draw up the roadmaps, monitor them and facilitate communication between the various Fittingbox teams.

More specifically, Thibaut draws up the R&D strategy in conjunction with our executive management. He then communicates this vision to all project stakeholders and implements it with them.

What he loves about Fittingbox

At first, Thibaut was very motivated by the innovative aspect of the R&D projects we work on. Also, he really appreciates how simple it is to combine his personal and professional life: smart working and flexible hours are a great advantage, especially when you have children.

His greatest achievement at Fittingbox

Thibaut is very proud of his team’s achievements.

For example, he is happy to have had the chance to set up a brand-new project as soon as he arrived at Fittingbox: the modeling of eyewear from a CAD drawing (Computer Aided Design) – a manufacturing design of a frame. This service didn't exist before Thibaut's arrival and was successfully implemented for one of our customers.
