We give the floor to Thomas Trinquecoste, HR Administration and Training Officer.

About Thomas

Thomas arrived at Fittingbox in April 2024 and his main tasks are divided into 3 main areas

As far as HR administration is concerned, he is responsible for supporting employees from the moment they are recruited, and in case of a change in their personal or professional situation.

Thomas is also in charge of monitoring employees' career paths, thanks - among other things - to the skills development plan and our skills matrix.

In addition, he or she acts as project manager for a number of HR projects.

In short, his main mission is to ensure that all our employees are comfortable with their current missions and their future challenges.

What he loves about Fittingbox

Even before he was hired, Thomas was attracted by the innovative and dynamic nature of Fittingbox. He also feels that the company culture is really based on trust and team spirit.

Thanks to smart working and flexible working hours, Thomas feels more motivated every day. What's more, the confidence he's been given from the outset gives him the confidence to try and launch new projects.

His greatest achievement at Fittingbox

By far, he’s very proud of the implementation of the 2025/2025 skills development plan. This plan has enabled many employees to take new training courses in line with their different needs.

This plan has enabled employees to develop their skills, but also Fittingbox to be better prepared for future projects.
