This article explains how credits are managed on the 3D Basic from Photos platform — how they are allocated according to your subscription plan, and how they are used each time you digitize a pair.
On the 3D Basic from Photos platform, you can digitize as many pairs as the number of credits available in your account.
1 credit = 1 pair successfully digitized (status "Done").
Each subscription plan includes a specific number of credits.
Where can I see my available credits?
Go to the MY 3D MODELS page → check the header.
You will see a progress bar showing the number of credits used and your total available credits.
How is a credit deducted?
When you upload photos and click on Generate 3D Model, one credit is consumed.
Clicking Try it & Approve does not impact your credits.
How can I restore one or more credits?
To restore credits, you must delete the corresponding pair(s).
Here’s how:
-
Navigate to the MY 3D MODELS page
-
Click on the pair you want to delete
-
Click on Delete
What will happen if I use all my credits?
If you are trying to digitize a pair and you no longer have any credits, you will receive a notification indicating that your credits are insufficient, and the digitization will fail.
