There are a few requirements to be able to experience the Virtual Try-On in Live mode.
Camera access
It is mandatory to have a camera embedded or plugged-in the device. Furthermore, access to the camera must be granted when prompted by the browser or the OS.
Access rights is handled by the OS or the browser. It cannot be superseded by the VTO module.
Compatible device
Device must be compatible, which relies on different factors such as the OS version and the browser and its version (see Compatibility). Both the OS and the browser should be kept up-to-date to ensure compatibility.
As a system integrator of the VTO module, you have access to different information from the VTO when an issue is impairing the possibility to experience VTO in Live (see related How-to guide).
