      Why some glasses are not available on my website ?

      If some glasses are not available on VTO on your website, you maybe forget to approved the glasses into the plateforme.

      • First check if the statut of the current asset is "Done". If the case, it means that you forgot to validate the asset. How to validate it ? Please refer to this following article.
      • If the status is "error", it means that the modelisation has failed please refer to the article regarding the status.
      • If the status is "approved" but still the glasses is not available for the VTO on your website please check the name of the asset you gave for the modelisation. This is the name used to call the VTO from your website.
